What happens if I eat too much?
First, we recommend that you always start off small so that you don’t get into a situation of eating too much and feeling uncomfortable. If you do find that you’ve eaten too much, and are feeling uncomfortable, first thing you’ll want to do is sit down on a comfortable couch and take a couple of deep breaths, try to relax yourself. Fill a tall glass with ice water and slowly sip on that while you relax. The feeling will generally dissipate relatively soon and no longer than a couple of hours.Â
