The proper dosage of CBD is dependent on the person and the delivery system. People are like snowflakes. No two are the same. As we are all different in size, weight and metabolic body function, our bodies will require differing amounts of CBD. Much like aspirin or other medications, what is effective for a 220 lb person is more than enough for a person of 130 lbs. Start with 25mg of CBD and see if it is effective. For sleep, it should be effective the first couple of days. For aches and pains, allow 7-10 days in a row to see if it is effective. If yes, then keep with that dosage. If not, then upping the dosage may help. Upping the amount by 50% would be the next step. It won’t hurt.
